Meditation and Yoga Equal Compassion and Care

Yoga and meditation practice brings us closer to ourselves at the energetic level of the life force. With daily consistent meditation, we experience a shift in our awareness at the foundational level of the nervous system.

When this shift occurs, an overall sense of warmth and ease takes place. A feeling of calm and comfort, of love and kindness, of serenity and peace, of trust and understanding permeates throughout our bodies, and everything seems so right and okay in the world.

Even amid chaos and distracting elements, we find peace. We are in the world doing our part as autonomous spiritual beings and yet not of the world separated from that which connects us to self-love and good health.

We develop an internal environment that holds our and other's shortcomings and imperfections.

We can hold the mistakes we make and the wounds we have, all of the individual, ancestral, and collective trauma we hold, and all of that which hurts, is painful, and hard to be with. We can cultivate an environment for all things we have difficulty being with.

We can hold the best and worst of humanity with compassion and care through dedicated practice. However, we must start with ourselves to get things organized and heading in the right direction.

By consistently relating to the life force in daily practice, we cleanse ourselves of misalignments and disturbances that make us feel separate and alone, insecure and afraid, uncertain and unsafe in this world.

When we dare to sit and be present with everything within and outside of us, that causes our nervous system discomfort or misalignment, even subconsciously. Eventually, that shift takes place, and we no longer feel suppressed by it all but in an expanded place where we can gently hold it all with love.

Consistent Contact

It takes intuitive sensory awareness to become aware of these things, to take the necessary time for this process to develop, to have dedicated daily space to practice relating to this, and the patience to learn to bond and establish consistent contact with this. To do this, we must continually transcend our everyday thinking egoistic selves and all the distractions of daily life in the outside world to let this great gift of deeper awareness in.

Bountiful Resource

Yoga meditation and the spiritual path are foundational resources for learning, liberation, growth, and freedom. The realization that we can take refuge in something ever-present and ultimately fulfilling in a way that nourishes us continually as a bountiful resource is a miracle. When we do this practice sincerely, we know at a foundational level we are doing our part and contributing to the world. We are no longer lost in the world but contributing to the well-being of the world.

Transitory and Impermanent

This place of deep rest brings more internal resources and satisfaction than any transitory material possession could ever provide us. We realize that all material phenomena are transitory and impermanent, as well as all the feelings, emotions, and attachments we have to them, are transitory and impermanent and that the fulfillment and goodness that spiritual contact we make is ever-lasting and always there whenever we take the time to reestablish connection.

I hope this blog post helps you in some way to take good care of yourself in these uncertain times and to help you enjoy your life and your everyday living.

The world needs us to be connected in a good way now more than ever before.

 Kind regards and much love,
